Where's my order?
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email. Orders placed before 8pm Mon–Sat are dispatched the same day. Still nothing after 2 working days? Drop us a message with your order number and we'll chase it.
Can I return an opened vape?
For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns on opened or used vaping products unless they're faulty. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. For wholesale or bulk enquiries outside the UK, get in touch using the form and choose "Wholesale enquiry".
How does the multibuy discount work?
Eligible products show their mix-and-match multibuy price on the product page. Add the qualifying quantity to your bag and the discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
